We process your personal data in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations. You can contact our data protection team at [email protected].
2. Scope
This policy applies to our website, our iOS and Android apps, our live chat and email support, and any other service we provide under the Mr Luck Casino name. It does not cover other websites that we may link to. Those sites have their own privacy policies.

4. How we collect your data
- From you directly: when you register, verify your identity, deposit, contact support or change your settings.
- Automatically: through cookies, logs and similar technologies when you use the Site or apps (see our Cookie Policy).

6. How we use your data
- to create and manage your Account and verify who you are;

- to process deposits, withdrawals, bonuses and loyalty rewards;
- to monitor play for signs of harm and to offer you safer gambling tools;
- to provide customer support and handle complaints;
- to send you promotions you have asked for, and to personalise them using your play history;
- to analyse how the Service is used and make it better; and
- to meet our legal and regulatory duties.
Some of our checks are partly automated, for example fraud screening and the signals we use to spot possible gambling harm. Where an automated result could significantly affect you, such as restricting an Account, a member of our team reviews it. You can ask for a human review at any time by emailing [email protected].
7. Sharing and disclosure
We share your data only where necessary, and with organisations that are bound to protect it. These include:
- payment providers and banks that process your deposits and withdrawals;
- identity-verification providers and credit reference agencies. These checks confirm your identity and address, are not credit applications and do not affect your credit score;
- fraud-prevention and sanctions-screening services;
- iGamingCloud Limited, which provides our gambling software and platform, and our game providers, who receive only what is needed to run the games;
- the UK Gambling Commission and other regulators, GAMSTOP, auditors and professional advisers;
- IT, hosting, customer support and communications suppliers;
- marketing and affiliate partners, but only in limited form and never for their own marketing without your consent;
- law enforcement, courts, HMRC and the National Crime Agency where we are required to disclose data; and
- a buyer or successor licensed operator, if our business is transferred.
We do not sell your personal data.
8. International data transfers
We are based in Jersey, which the UK recognises as providing an adequate level of data protection. If any of our suppliers process your data in a country without a UK adequacy decision, we put in place safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
9. Data retention
We keep your data only for as long as we need it, and the periods are driven mainly by anti-money-laundering and gambling law.
| Data | How long we keep it |

| Safer gambling and self-exclusion records | 5 years after your Account is closed, or longer if the law requires |
| Complaints and disputes | Up to 6 years after the matter is resolved |
| Marketing preferences | Until you withdraw consent, after which we keep a suppression record so we do not contact you again |
| Technical logs | Up to 12 months, unless needed for a fraud or security investigation |
10. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- be given a copy of the personal data we hold about you (access);
- have inaccurate data corrected (rectification);
- have your data erased, unless we must keep it by law (erasure);
- restrict how we use your data in certain cases;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to direct marketing at any time;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing; and
- ask for human review of certain automated decisions.
To use any of these rights, email [email protected]. We may need to check your identity first. We will reply within one month, and it is free of charge. Some rights are limited where we have a legal duty to keep your data, for example anti-money-laundering records.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
11. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the Service working, remember your settings, measure use and, with your consent, support marketing. You can find out more and change your choices in our Cookie Policy.
12. Security
We protect your data with measures including SSL/TLS encryption, access controls, staff training and regular security testing. No system is completely secure, so please keep your login details private and contact us straight away at [email protected] if you think your Account has been compromised.
13. Children and age restriction
Mr Luck Casino is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we find that a minor has registered, we will close the Account, refund any deposit where the law allows and delete the data we do not have to keep.
14. Responsible gambling
We use some of your data to help you stay in control of your play. You can set limits, take a break or self-exclude at any time. See our Responsible Gambling page for the tools available and for independent support organisations.
