Responsible Gambling

18+ only. Gambling can be addictive. Please play responsibly and only stake what you can afford to lose. Free, confidential help is available from the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133 and at begambleaware.org.

Our commitment

At Mr Luck Casino, we want gambling to stay what it should be: entertainment. It is not a way to make money, and it is never a solution to money worries. Jupiter Gaming Limited, the operator of Mr Luck, is licensed and regulated by the UK Gambling Commission, and we take our duty to protect players seriously.

Please only gamble with money you can afford to lose, set limits before you start and take regular breaks. Remember that the games are designed so that, over time, the house has an edge. Nobody can guarantee a win.

Recognising problem gambling

Gambling can become a problem for anyone. It may be time to take a step back if you:

  • spend more money or time on gambling than you planned or can afford;
  • chase your losses, or gamble to win back money you have lost;
  • borrow money, sell things or use credit to gamble;
  • hide your gambling from family or friends, or lie about it;
  • feel restless, anxious or irritable when you try to cut down;
  • gamble to escape stress, low mood or other problems; or
  • find that gambling is affecting your work, studies or relationships.

If you recognise any of these signs, please use the tools below or contact one of the support organisations on this page. Asking for help early makes a real difference.

Tools we provide

You can activate all of these in your account settings, or by contacting support on live chat or at [email protected]. We will set them up for you without judgement.

ToolWhat it does
Deposit limitsSet the most you can deposit per day, week or month. If you lower a limit, it applies straight away. If you raise it, the change takes effect only after 24 hours and once you confirm it.
Reality checksPop-up reminders that tell you how long you have been playing and how much you have won or lost in the session, so you can decide whether to carry on.
Time-outA short break from gambling for a period you choose. Your Account is locked until it ends, and we do not send you marketing during the break.
Self-exclusionA longer break of at least six months. See the section below.
Account closurePermanently close your Account at any time. We will return any balance to you after checks.
Account historyReview your deposits, withdrawals and game history in your account at any time to see what you are really spending.

We also monitor play for signs of harm. If we are worried about you, we may get in touch, suggest limits or restrict your Account. This is to help you, not to punish you.

Self-exclusion

If you feel you need a longer break, you can exclude yourself from Mr Luck Casino. When you self-exclude:

  • we will close your Account and stop all marketing to you;
  • the exclusion is binding for the whole period you choose, with a minimum of six months;
  • you will not be able to open a new Account with us during that time; and
  • when the period ends, your Account will not reopen automatically. You will need to contact us if you want to return, and there will be a cooling-off period first.

To exclude yourself from us, contact support. To exclude yourself from all UK online gambling companies in one go, register with GAMSTOP at gamstop.co.uk. Mr Luck is a GAMSTOP participant, and if you are registered you will not be able to gamble with us.

Preventing underage gambling

Mr Luck Casino is strictly for people aged 18 and over. We check the age of every customer before they can gamble, and we close the Account of anyone found to be under 18.

If children or young people use your devices, please help us keep them safe:

  • never share your Account details, and log out when you finish playing;
  • do not save your password or payment details on shared devices;
  • keep your phone, tablet and computer locked when not in use; and
  • install filtering software that blocks gambling sites, such as Gamban, GamBlock or Net Nanny.
